I opened it plugged in to charge but it’s not charging, I put my iPhone 13 Pro Max but nothing charging . When I plug in to charge it shows three blue flash lights for a second or two after nothing. I thought maybe be charger is already charged and place my phone on it still nothing

I haven’t really used the charger yet, just tested it to see if it works on my various devices and it does! The charger doesn’t seem to get as hot as other wireless chargers I’ve used before, so that’s a great sign in and of its self. I gave a four because I haven’t used it long enough to take it truly through the paces, but I’ll try and update later if I find it’s better or worse than the original review.
